Police to probe Guyana Cricket Board finances

Guyana has ordered a police investigation into the finances of the Guyana Cricket Board as the government pushes to take control of the sport, saying it wants to fight corruption and end bickering between rival factions. National Security Minister Clement Rohee said Friday that he believes an investigation will uncover serious irregularities.
